Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Bloomington, IN. This role requires strong experience in OASIS documentation and the ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and education
Complete and submit OASIS documentation accurately and on time
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with home health regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Indiana
Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience
Proficiency in OASIS documentation (Homecare Homebase experience preferred)
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and meet Joint Commission requirements
