Travel Home Health LPN – West Allis, WI
13-Week Contract | 8-Hour Days, Monday-Friday

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced travel home health LPN for a 13-week contract in West Allis, WI. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts, providing essential care to patients in a home health setting.

Position Details:

Expectation: 6-7 patient visits per day
Common care types: wounds, ostomies, IVs, catheters, drains
EPIC/EPIC Remote charting system

Requirements:

3 years of LPN experience in home health
Previous travel experience
Active LPN license (WI or Compact)
Active AHA BLS certification
Valid driver's license & car insurance
Proficiency with wounds, IVs, ostomies, catheters, drains
