Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract position in St Louis. This role is perfect for LPNs with a passion for home health care. The ideal candidate will have prior geriatric home health experience and be proficient in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR.

Job Details:

  • Duration: 13 week contract (extensions possible)
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri with on-call possible
  • Pay: Competitive weekly pay

Requirements:
  • Active LPN license
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience with geriatric patients
  • Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR
  • Reliable transportation for home visits
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
