Location: Richmond, KY

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an assignment in Richmond, KY. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes, manage a caseload effectively, and ensure accurate documentation using Homecare Homebase. This position is open to both local candidates and travelers seeking an opportunity in a vibrant and supportive community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to home health patients based on individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide patient education.
  • Monitor patient progress, updating care plans as necessary.
  • Complete accurate documentation in Homecare Homebase.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in Kentucky or compact state licensure.
  • At least 3 years of LPN experience, with 1 year of recent home health care experience.
  • Proficiency with Homecare Homebase required.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
