Location: Richmond, Kentucky

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an assignment in Richmond, Kentucky. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes, manage a diverse caseload, and maintain accurate documentation using Homecare Homebase. This opportunity is open to both local candidates and travelers looking to work in a supportive environment within a vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to home health patients following individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and educate patients and their families.
  • Monitor patient conditions and update care plans as needed.
  • Accurately document patient care using Homecare Homebase.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in Kentucky or compact state licensure.
  • Minimum of 3 years of LPN experience, with at least 1 year of recent home health care experience.
  • Proficiency with Homecare Homebase is required.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
