Location: Lee's Summit, Missouri

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an assignment in Lee's Summit, Missouri. This role involves providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, managing a caseload, and ensuring accurate documentation using Homecare Homebase. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients according to individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, wound care, and provide patient education.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Accurately document patient care using Homecare Homebase.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and effective care.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in Missouri or compact state licensure.
  • At least 3 years of LPN experience, including 1 year of recent home health care experience.
  • Proficiency in Homecare Homebase required.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
