Shift: Monday-Friday, occasional on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Gonzales, LA. This role requires expertise in OASIS documentation and proficiency with Homecare Homebase to deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and revise care plans as needed
Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration and wound management
Complete OASIS documentation with accuracy and timeliness
Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications:

Active Louisiana RN license
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase
Minimum of 2 years of recent Home Health nursing experience preferred
Ability to ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards
Successfully pass background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding processes
