Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Bayonne, NJ. This role is ideal for a nurse experienced in home health care who excels in OASIS documentation and is proficient with Homecare Homebase systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
Complete thorough and accurate OASIS documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care goals are met
Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance
Adhere to compliance standards and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

Current New Jersey RN license
Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
At least 2 years of recent home health experience preferred
Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding per Joint Commission standards
Strong communication and time-management skills
