Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Home Health RN to join our team in Amherst, NY This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with 40 hours per week, On-call availability may be required.

Location: Amherst, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (some guaranteed)
Possible On-Call
Duration: 13-weeks with possible extension

Requirements:

6 months of Home Health RN experience preferred
OASIS documentation experience
Homecare Homebase charting preferred
Experience with HH case management
Starts of Care/Admissions RN experience a plus
NY RN license
