Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Vancouver, WA

Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a qualified Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Vancouver, WA. This contract position requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and familiarity with Homecare Homebase software, offering an ideal opportunity to provide exceptional care within a supportive healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete thorough patient assessments and OASIS documentation
Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
Provide direct nursing care, including medication management and wound care
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on health practices and self-care techniques

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Washington
Proficiency in OASIS and experience with Homecare Homebase required
2 years of Home Health experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Locals and travelers both accepted
