Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Greenville, SC. This role requires OASIS proficiency and experience with Homecare Homebase software, offering a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and document using OASIS
Develop individualized care plans and provide direct patient care
Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor patient conditions
Work with the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on self-care techniques, health management, and wellness

Qualifications:

Active RN license in South Carolina
OASIS proficiency and experience with Homecare Homebase required
2 years of Home Health experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Locals and travelers both accepted
