Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Omaha, NE. This role requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software, providing a valuable opportunity to make a difference in patient care while working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document using OASIS standards
Develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs
Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and medication administration
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on self-care and health management

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Nebraska
Proficiency in OASIS and experience with Homecare Homebase required
2 years of Home Health experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Locals and travelers both accepted
