Home Health RN – Contract Position
Location: Staunton, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Position Details:
We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a contract assignment in Staunton, VA. This role requires a strong background in OASIS documentation and the ability to manage a diverse caseload of patients in their homes.

Requirements:

Active RN license in Virginia
Proficiency in OASIS documentation
Minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Current BLS certification
