A 13-week contract opportunity is available for an experienced Home Health RN in beautiful Kitsap County, Washington. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse with prior home health and OASIS experience, ready to provide top-notch care while enjoying a picturesque location.

Location: Silverdale, WA
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5x8-hour days, no on-call or weekend shifts
Caseload: 28 units per week
Territory: Kitsap County

Requirements:

Experience: Home health and OASIS experience required
Software: Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)
Certifications: Active RN license in WA or compact, BLS
