Job Description

Home Health Hospice RN – Kimball, TN
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift:

Monday through Friday
40 hours per week

Requirements:

1+ year of recent hospice or home health experience
Strong knowledge of OASIS documentation
Current TN RN license
BLS certification
Reliable transportation

Preferred:

Familiarity with hospice protocols and HCHB software
