Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs.
Provide differentiated instruction to address diverse learning styles and abilities.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
