Schedule: Monday - Friday

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Paraprofessional to join our team for the upcoming school year in Camden, PA. This full-time position provides an exciting opportunity to support the educational and developmental needs of students in a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities and support students' learning experiences.
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide additional support and reinforce learning concepts.
Help manage classroom behavior and implement individualized learning plans.
Provide support for students with special needs, including personal care and adapting materials as needed.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive and productive learning environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred.
Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or similar setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting student growth and development.
