Schedule: Monday - Friday

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional in Thousand Oaks, CA! This full-time role will support teachers in delivering effective instruction and provide assistance to students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and social development.
  • Monitor student progress and assist in behavior management.
  • Collaborate with educators to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
