Surgical Tech First Assist
Location: Atlanta, GA

Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Surgical Tech First Assist to join a high-performing surgical team in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during procedures, including tissue handling, retraction, suturing, and hemostasis.
Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment.
Ensure proper instrumentation and equipment setup for various surgical cases.
Collaborate closely with the surgical team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Monitor patient safety and adhere to strict infection control protocols.

Job Details:

Shift: Day shift, 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Specialties: Opportunities to assist in general surgery, orthopedics, vascular, and other specialties based on experience.

Requirements:

Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA).
BLS certification (required).
Minimum 2 years of surgical tech first assist experience.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
