Location: Michigan (Remote)

Position Overview:

As a Social Worker with VocoVision, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive social services to our clients. While working remotely, you will contribute to our mission by offering support, advocacy, and guidance to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients based on their needs and circumstances.
Provide counseling and support services to clients, addressing issues such as mental health, substance abuse, family dynamics, and socioeconomic challenges.
Advocate for clients and collaborate with other professionals and community resources to ensure access to necessary services and support.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance service delivery and support organizational goals.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Social Worker in the state of Michigan.
Previous experience in social work, preferably in settings such as healthcare, community organizations, or social services agencies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
Commitment to ethical practice and advocacy for social justice.
Proficiency in using computer applications and electronic health records.
