Job Description

Sunbelt is hiring for an Occupational Therapist (OT) near Provo, Utah to assist adult and geriatric age patients

January - April 2025
40 hours per week
3 locations
Adult and geriatric age patients
Skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services

Requirements:

Utah Occupational Therapy licensure
