Position Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with preschool-aged children in Bristol, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers a wonderful opportunity to help young learners develop critical speech and language skills at a pivotal stage in their academic and social growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speech and Language Therapy: Deliver direct therapy services to preschool children, focusing on speech articulation, early language development, social communication skills, and foundational literacy.
- Assessment & Goal Setting: Evaluate children's speech and language abilities, identifying delays and establishing personalized therapy goals to support each child's progress.
- Collaboration: Partner with parents, teachers, and other school professionals to ensure coordinated care and a holistic approach to addressing students’ needs.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and document the progress of each child, making adjustments to therapy strategies to meet evolving needs and ensuring continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP License (required)
- Experience with preschool-aged children, ideally in a school or early intervention setting
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage and motivate young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, and support staff.
- Organized, with excellent time management and documentation skills.
- Passion for helping young children develop the communication skills necessary for success in school and life.
