Job Description

We are currently hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Oceanside, CA. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by helping students with diverse learning needs achieve their educational goals in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to address students' unique learning objectives
Deliver engaging instruction in small-group and one-on-one settings, adapting methods to meet various learning styles
Track and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to promote continuous growth and success

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Valid California Special Education credential required
Experience with students with special needs preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration
