Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a Special Education Teacher for a position in the Gates Mills, OH area. Join our team and become an essential part of providing exceptional educational support to students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide direct instruction and support across various subjects and skill levels
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and success

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
Ohio state certification in Special Education
Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
