Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. The Special Education Teacher will provide tailored instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Provide differentiated instruction that accommodates students’ learning styles and abilities.
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create an inclusive learning environment.
Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies to meet their evolving needs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress, behavior, and IEP goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid state Special Education teaching certification
Experience working with students with diverse needs in a school setting.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
