Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing, a premier nationwide healthcare staffing agency, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract with the potential for extension upon successful completion. As an RN for our client, a leading Nationwide Home Health Agency, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the Warwick, RI area.

Job Type: 13-Week Contract (with possibility of extension upon successful completion)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, occasional weekends and on-call (typically once per month dependent on territory) Benefits: Mileage Reimbursement, Medical Benefits, Dental, Vision, 401k
Mileage: .48c visit to visit
Productivity: 25-30 per week

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments and provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans that promote optimal health and well-being.
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
Utilize Oasis and Homecare Homebase systems to accurately document patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and educational sessions.

Qualifications:

Active Rhode Island Registered Nurse (RN) License
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health nursing
Proficiency in using Oasis and Homecare Homebase systems

Please Note: Due to this being a contract opportunity with limited training, prior experience and proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase are required.
