Contract Details:

Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing, a Nationwide Healthcare Staffing Agency
Location: Saluda, VA
Duration: 13-Week Contract
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, occasional weekends, and on-call
Compensation: Hourly pay, negotiable based on territory and experience Benefits: Mileage Reimbursement, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
Mileage: .48c visit to visit
Productivity: 25-30 per week

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home health setting.
Develop and implement patient-centered care plans, emphasizing patient education and self-management.
Administer prescribed medications, conduct wound care, and provide various treatments as prescribed.
Continuously monitor patient progress, maintain meticulous records, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to optimize patient outcomes and provide compassionate support.

Requirements:

Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) License
Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification.
At least 1 year of Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) experience required.
Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
