Sunbelt Staffing, in partnership with a leading nationwide Home Health Agency, is seeking dedicated and experienced Contract Home Health Registered Nurses for an exciting opportunity in Roanoke, VA. If you're passionate about providing quality care in the comfort of patients' homes, this position is for you.

Contract Details:

Company: Sunbelt Staffing
Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
Location: Roanoke, VA
Position: Contract Home Health Registered Nurse
Duration: 13 weeks, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
Compensation: Weekly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days, .48c mileage reimbursement visit to visit
Productivity: 25-30 per week

Requirements:

Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) License
Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
Reliable transportation
Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer

Job Duties:

Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
Educating patients and their families on disease management and home care procedures
Documenting patient progress and updating medical records accurately
Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
