Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partnered Nationwide Home Health Agency in Murray, KY. This is a full-time, 13-week contract position, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and rewarding environment. Our ideal candidate is experienced in agency home health, proficient in Oasis and Homecare Homebase, and passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Company: Sunbelt Staffing, partnered with a Nationwide Home Health Agency
Position Type: Full-Time, 13 Week Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with one weekend per month on-call
Productivity: 25-30 Units per week

Mileage Reimbursement .38c visit to visit
Negotiable hourly pay based on qualifications and territory budget
Blended pay packages available for travelers

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using the Oasis documentation system.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Utilize Homecare Homebase for accurate and timely documentation.
Provide skilled nursing care and education to patients and their families in their homes.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
Manage patient caseload and ensure timely visits.
Participate in on-call rotation, including one weekend per month.

Qualifications:

Active Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License
Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS Certification
At least 1 year of agency home health experience required
Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase required
Reliable transportation
