Home Health RN Contract in New Iberia, LA

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in New Iberia, Louisiana.

Position Details

Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities: Deliver in-home patient care, including comprehensive assessments, care planning, wound care, medication management, and patient education. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

Experience: Proficiency in OASIS documentation is required.
Software: Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is preferred.
Certifications: Active RN license in Louisiana, AHA BLS certification.
