Position: Med Surg/Tele Charge RN
Shift: Night Shift (Full-Time)

Job Description:
Join our dedicated team as a Charge RN on the Med Surg/Tele floor. We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee patient care and support our staff during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Monitor patient care, ensuring compliance with best practices and safety standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Perform administrative duties, such as shift scheduling and resource management.
Act as a liaison between staff and management, resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Active Ohio RN license (or compact license).
Minimum 2 years of charge RN experience on a Med Surg/Tele unit.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
