Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Echo Technologist to join a healthcare facility in Normal, IL, for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves performing high-quality echocardiograms and collaborating with a dedicated medical team. The position offers a stable daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct various echocardiographic procedures, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms
Prepare patients and ensure proper positioning for accurate imaging
Operate echocardiography equipment and maintain its functionality
Analyze and interpret echocardiographic results, providing detailed reports
Work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals for patient care
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to infection control standards
Document and code imaging procedures accurately

Qualifications:

ARDMS (AE) or CCI (RCS) certification required
At least 1 year of experience as an Echo Technologist
Proficiency in performing and interpreting echocardiographic procedures
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and complete Joint Commission onboarding
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
