Location: Billings, MT

Schedule: Days - 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

On-Call Requirements: 7-10 days of call per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CVOR Tech to join our team in Billings, MT. In this role, you will play a critical part in the surgical team, providing support in the operating room for cardiovascular surgeries. You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and management of the operating room for cardiovascular procedures.
Provide technical support during surgeries, including aortic aneurysm repair, angioplasty/stenting, atrial septal defect repair, cardiomyoplasty, CABG, EVAR, laparoscopic cardiac surgery, mitral valve replacement, pericardial window, TAVR, and VAD.
Maintain equipment and instruments in the CVOR, ensuring all tools are sterile and ready for use.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other surgical team members to ensure effective and safe surgical procedures.
Adhere to all safety protocols and standards to ensure a sterile environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a CVOR Tech.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a variety of cardiovascular procedures, including but not limited to:
  - Aortic aneurysm repair
  - Angioplasty/stenting
  - Atrial septal defect repair
  - Cardiomyoplasty
  - CABG
  - EVAR
  - Laparoscopic cardiac surgery
  - Mitral valve replacement
  - Pericardial window
  - TAVR
  - VAD
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) certification required.
