Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced CT Tech for a travel assignment in Clearfield, PA. This role involves working 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The schedule includes working Monday and Tuesday, having Wednesday through Friday off, and then working Saturday through Thursday, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. The rotation repeats every two weeks. The CT unit features a Siemens Somatom Perspective 64-slice scanner, a Med Rad dual-head injector, and the position involves placing your own IVs but does not require performing perfusion scans.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans using a Siemens Somatom Perspective 64-slice unit.
Place IVs and manage contrast injection using a Med Rad dual-head injector.
Ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety during procedures.
Operate CT equipment according to facility standards.
Work effectively within the provided schedule and adapt to rotating days off.

Qualifications:

ARRT certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech preferred.
Proficiency in using Siemens CT equipment and Med Rad injectors.
Ability to place IVs and perform CT scans without requiring perfusion scanning.
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
