Job Title: Travel CT Tech - Evening Shift

Location: Lafayette, CO

Type: Full-Time Contract Position

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 12 Hour Shifts, Evening Shift

Job Description:

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel CT Tech for a 13-week contract position in Lafayette, CO. This is an evening shift role with 12-hour shifts, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced CT Tech to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive CAT Scans of the chest, abdomen, spine, extremities, fluoroscopy, and pediatric exams.
Ensure timely completion of post-processing.
Conduct CTAs with effective post-processing.
Efficiently handle trauma patient scans.
Manage medications during distribution or administration as needed.
Access secured drug storage areas.
Minimize radiation exposure to patients, self, and auxiliary staff.
Maintain high-quality image production in scanning.
Lead in coordinating radiology care across various settings.

Qualifications:

ARRT certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CT Tech in a hospital setting.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Willingness to float to X-ray as needed.
Associate's Degree required.
Proven expertise in performing a broad range of CAT Scans.
Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.
Excellent post-processing skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, particularly with trauma patients.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in a radiology setting.
Ability to travel to and from assignments.

Pay Range:

$2000-$2300 weekly, dependent on experience.
