CT Technologist Position – Altoona, PA

A CT Technologist position is available in Altoona, Pennsylvania. This is a 13-week contract requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent hospital experience. Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Experience: Proficiency in performing CT scans with and without contrast, including experience operating GE or Siemens CT equipment. Familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR systems is an advantage.
Skills: Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy, knowledge of radiation safety protocols, and the ability to follow departmental procedures and protocols. Candidates should be adept at positioning patients accurately and have the ability to assess patient needs and communicate effectively.
References: Must provide two recent professional references, including one from a management-level source.

The shift for this role follows a schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week, offering a quick turnaround time for candidates seeking a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
