CT Tech - Montgomery, AL
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: January 27, 2025

Shift Details:

  • Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (Thursday to Wednesday)
  • Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (10-hour night shifts)
  • Weekly Hours: 40

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CT Tech to join our team in Montgomery, AL, for a 13-week contract. The role involves working with both inpatient and outpatient populations, including adult and occasional pediatric patients, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans, including biopsies, drainage procedures, trauma imaging, angiograms, and stroke perfusion studies (strongly preferred).
  • Utilize GE CT equipment for high-quality imaging.
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Accurately document patient records in the Cerner EMR system.

Qualifications:

  • ARRT certification required.
  • ARRT-CT certification required.
  • Active state license (preferred).
  • BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year of CT experience, including trauma and angiogram procedures.
  • Experience with stroke perfusion studies strongly preferred.

Patient Details:

  • Patient Types: Inpatient and outpatient, predominantly adults with occasional pediatric patients.
  • Average Volume: 4 patients per hour (approximately 40 patients per day).
  • Ratio: 1:1.
