Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a home health position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours/week
Caseload: 25+ patients (adult/geriatric)
Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care, monitor conditions, and collaborate on care plans.

Qualifications:

Active LPN license
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.
Ability to manage a dynamic caseload efficiently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
