Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for contract positions at a Veterans Home in Columbia Falls, MT. This is a 13-week to 26-week contract with a possibility of extension upon successful completion. We offer competitive pay packages, and compensation will be negotiated based on experience and the facility's budget.

Additional Information:

Facility housing may be available occasionally in dorm-style settings with shared common areas.
An RV park is also available on-site.
Blended pay packages are offered for travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to veterans in a long-term care setting, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of LPN experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar setting, such as long-term care or a veterans' facility.
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated and must have a seasonal flu shot.
Ability to work the evening shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), with the possibility of overtime.
