Job Description

Travel Ultrasound Technician

Location: Holly Springs, NC

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements:

  • RDMS Certification: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with certification in at least one modality specific to the department of hire (Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, etc.)
  • BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Ultrasound Technician to join our team in Holly Springs, NC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Patient Care: Interacting with patients in a compassionate and professional manner, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
  • Image Acquisition: Operating ultrasound equipment to acquire high-quality images of various anatomical structures.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing ultrasound images to identify abnormalities and potential medical conditions.
  • Report Generation: Preparing accurate and detailed reports of findings for physicians.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhering to strict quality control standards and protocols.
