Travel IR Tech - Winston-Salem, NC

Position: Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule: Days, 5x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. As a Travel IR Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting physicians during minimally invasive procedures, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:

Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures, including angiograms, biopsies, and catheter placements.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare and position patients for procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety.
Monitor patient vitals during procedures and respond to emergencies as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records.
Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

Active ARRT certification.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
Proficient in the use of radiology imaging equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
