Job Description

Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant/Behavioral Health Technician
Location: Warm Springs, Montana
Shift: Day Shift
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant/Behavioral Health Technician for a day shift position in Warm Springs, Montana. This role requires a candidate who is highly skilled in de-escalation techniques and experienced in working with individuals who are developmentally delayed or on the Autism spectrum. The successful candidate will play an essential role in providing direct care and support to patients while ensuring their safety and well-being in a structured environment.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Behavioral Health Technician
State certification and licensure as a CNA/BHT (if applicable)
Current CPR certification (ALS/BLS or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and Autism
Strong de-escalation skills and experience with behavioral management
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
