Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for a contract position in Charles, MD. If you're dedicated to patient care and seeking a rewarding role, this opportunity could be perfect for you!

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
30 hours per week
Comprehensive benefits and insurance offered

Responsibilities:

Screen and schedule patient appointments
Collect consents and complete registration paperwork
Obtain medical history and patient health information
Order and process lab tests
Perform venipuncture and manage lab specimens per OSHA standards

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or 1 year of relevant experience
Proficiency in phlebotomy required
