Job Description

Cath Lab Technologist – Dayton, OH

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Highlights:

  • Location: Dayton, Ohio

  • Shift: Day (3x12 Hours)

  • Hours Per Week: 36 hours

  • Hours Per Day: 12 hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures and other interventional procedures

  • Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate diagnostic results

  • Prepare patients for procedures by administering medications, positioning them on the exam table, and connecting them to monitoring equipment

  • Assist the physician during procedures by passing instruments, managing equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician

  • Maintain and operate cath lab equipment

  • Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures

  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established protocols

Qualifications:

  • Active ARRT certification (R) (CT)

  • Current BLS certification

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
