Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Norfolk, VA
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (Days) with Call

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Travel Cath Lab RN to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to work in a dynamic cardiac catheterization lab environment. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in a variety of cardiac catheterization lab procedures, including diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring optimal patient care.
Administer medications, sedatives, and intravenous fluids as needed.
Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Respond quickly to emergency situations, particularly in cases of acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
Rotate on-call duties as scheduled.

Schedule:

4x10-hour shifts (Days).
On-call requirements will be part of the schedule.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Virginia (or compact state license).
2+ years of recent Cath Lab RN experience.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Experience with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) management.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
