Job Description

CVOR Tech – Contract Position
Location: Rockford, IL
Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday (some 6:00 AM starts as needed)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CVOR Tech for a contract role in Rockford, IL. This position involves assisting in cardiac and vascular surgical procedures. Weekday and weekend call are required, with weekday call starting at 2:30 PM and weekend call starting at 7:00 AM. Weekends are not part of the regular schedule.

Requirements:

Completion of a surgical technologist program (CTS certification preferred)
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cardiac and vascular procedures
