Travel Cardiac Sonographer

Location: Madison, WI

Schedule: Day Shift, 5x8 Monday - Friday, Variable Start Times (7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM) with Occasional Saturdays

Requirements:

Licensure: Registered in Echocardiography (RCS or RDCS)
Certification: BLS Certification
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join our team in beautiful Madison, WI. As a travel Cardiac Sonographer, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care by performing diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cardiac ultrasound procedures, including:
- Transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE)
- Stress echocardiograms
- Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
- Other specialized cardiac ultrasound procedures as needed
Analyze and interpret ultrasound images to identify cardiac abnormalities
Prepare detailed reports of findings and communicate results to physicians
Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
