Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing virtual team in California. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to work from home while providing essential speech therapy services to students. You’ll be supported by a dedicated clinical and technical team and provided with a comprehensive toolkit to incorporate into your therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual speech therapy sessions with students of various ages and needs
  • Assess and evaluate speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement customized therapy plans
  • Track student progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals
  • Utilize our digital platform and resources to deliver engaging therapy sessions

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current California SLP license
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
