Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing virtual team in California. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to work from home while providing essential speech therapy services to students. You’ll be supported by a dedicated clinical and technical team and provided with a comprehensive toolkit to incorporate into your therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech therapy sessions with students of various ages and needs
Assess and evaluate speech and language abilities
Develop and implement customized therapy plans
Track student progress and adjust treatment as needed
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals
Utilize our digital platform and resources to deliver engaging therapy sessions

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current California SLP license
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Previous teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required
