Sunbelt Staffing is currently interviewing Behavior Aide for a school in the Paramount, CA area. Experience working in ABA and behavior support is preferred. Let's connect today to discuss complete details!

Job Responsibilities:

Support teachers and students in the classroom.
Assist with individualized education plans (IEPs).
Aid with behavior support and materials preparation.
Provide one-on-one and group assistance.
Support students with disabilities or mobility challenges.

Qualifications:

Must have ABA or Behavior experience.
Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
Passionate, positive, and adaptable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
