Schedule: Monday - Friday

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Corona, CA area. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students. As a BCBA, you will work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families to implement effective behavior intervention strategies and ensure positive outcomes for students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide training and consultation to school staff and families on behavior management techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized behavior programs.
  • Monitor and analyze data to track progress and modify interventions as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
