Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Corona, CA

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Corona, CA area. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students. As a BCBA, you will work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families to implement effective behavior intervention strategies and ensure positive outcomes for students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
Provide training and consultation to school staff and families on behavior management techniques.
Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized behavior programs.
Monitor and analyze data to track progress and modify interventions as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings.
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
